The government delegate in the Region of Murcia, Rafael González Tovar, today announced that the Ministry of Environment and Rural and Marine will invest 2,894,637.22 euros in the expansion of water supply to Campos del Río and Albudeite.
González Tovar added that this is stated in a notice of the Commonwealth of Taibilla Channels published in the BOE, which realizes the system of tendering for the above works, whose execution time is twelve months.
The works consist mainly of building a common branch of 5,618 meters in length, from which another branch will branch to the new tank Albudeite, recently built, and a third to new deposit of Campos del Rio, also including this project.
On March 8 the deadline for submission of tenders for this project, which will open on 12 April.
MAINTENANCE OF DEPOSITS IN CARTAGENA AND UNION
Moreover, the Commonwealth of Taibilla Channel has also published in the Official Gazette by the other two resolutions that realizes the execution of contracts for maintenance works Alumbres tank, with the joint venture formed by Virgosa SL Alcaraz Brothers Construction Ltd., amounting to 196,734.95 euros, and the deposits of La Union and Cabo de Palos, with the company and Ecological Landscape SL, 219,299.24 euros.
The contracted works consist of repairs on the premises of such deposits to ensure the proper state of negotiations and security of staff working in them.
